Same Day Shipping

All orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST are processed and ship on the same day as long as the item(s) are in stock; orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped on the following business day as long as the item(s) are in stock. Online orders take priority over phone and mail orders and therefor ship with a priority level of Burning-Red-Hot. Because of the extreme popularity of Doc Fizzix Products, items can go out of stock without warning. If an item goes out of stock, it will ship as soon as the item is back in stock with a priority level of Super-Duper-Burning-Red-Hot.

Delivery Times

Delivery times and dates will depend on the service you select when you place your order and your location from Austin, Texas. The counting of delivery days begins on the "first business day" after a package is placed into service and not on the day the order is placed. Saturday and Sunday normally do not count as business days for UPS second day and next day services but UPS Ground and USPS do deliver to most large populated areas on Saturday. It is important to know what delivery services are available in your area on Saturday when selecting your shipping method if you are wanting Saturday delivery.

Tracking Number Request

All orders can be tracked in real-time through the United Parcel Service (UPS) website at www.ups.com and/or through the U.S. Post Office website www.usps.com depending on the shipping method you selected.

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email from UPS or USPS that contains your tracking information. Emails can take between 2-12 hours to receive depending on the UPS/USPS system.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout after you enter your Shipping information and prior to the completion of your order. Actual shipping cost is based on the following:

Your location from Central Texas
The total weight and size of your order
The shipping option you selected

During the checkout process you will be asked to provide your ship to address, then you will be prompted to select a shipping method; when these are submitted you will be shown all the shipping options available for your location and their actual cost.

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS

UPS Ground is an On-Time delivery service that provides you with a tracking number so you can watch the progress of your package every step along of it's journey from our location to your door step. If you need the assurance of on-time delivery and/or trackability then UPS Ground is your best option.

USPS Priority Mail is by far the most economical and best shipping options that money can buy. Most packages shipped by USPS Priority mail will be delivered within 2-3 days but some destinations can take longer. USPS Priority comes with delivery conformation and trackability.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS:

UPS Express shipments are guaranteed to be delivered on-time and by the date needed. We offer the following UPS Express shipping option:

UPS Next Day Air Saver

USPS Express is the most economically priced express service available with delivery to most location within one day. Post office shipments include Saturday delivery at no extra fee for those who have to have their order before the following Monday.

DELIVERY and SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Shipments are Monday through Friday only. UPS deliveries are Monday - Friday except holidays. USPS deliveries are Monday - Saturday except holidays. Both UPS and USPS observes the following holidays and there will be no deliveries until the next official business day:

New Year's Day - January 1.
Memorial Day.
Independence Day - July 4.
Labor Day.
Thanksgiving Day.
Day after Thanksgiving.
Christmas Day - December 25.
New Year's Eve - December 31.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

All international orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and will be collected at the time of delivery if required. Most international packages shipped by USPS do not require duties and taxes but individual rules and regulations can very depending on the country. International order can take from 1-2 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE & LIABILITY:

Shipping dates are approximate. All UPS shipments are guaranteed through UPS only and in accordance with their terms and conditions. Doc Fizzix does not guarantee the time of delivery for any package. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, Doc Fizzix shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Doc Fizzix shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of Doc Fizzix whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applied to an order by the host country and these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
