Return and Exchange Policies
TERMS OF SALE:
All sales are considered final 10 business days from date of your order. If an item is missing and/or damaged from your order you must notify us within 10 business days from the date of your order. There are no refunds and/or returns on any products. Shipping is NONREFUNDABLE

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Orders are processed in real-time. If you need to change and/or cancel your order then you must contact Doc Fizzix Products directly before your package has left our facility. If your order has already been shipped then you will not be able to change and/or cancel the order. Orders that are refused delivery will be charged a 30% restocking fee along with an added shipping charge for the delivery back to our warehouse.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & LIABILITY:
At Doc Fizzix Products we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. It is entirely possible for an item to be damaged during shipping and/or missing a part. If for any reason you find there is a problem with your order please call us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation according to the Order Exchange and Replacement
information as printed on this page. After 10 days from the date of shipping, all sales are considered complete and final. Doc Fizzix Products makes every attempt to describe each items as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions and/or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current and/or error-free. All items and their pricing are subject change without warning and/or notice.
ORDER EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT:
If for any reason you find that an item is missing from your order and/or an item was damaged during shipping, Doc Fizzix Products will send any missing item(s) and/or a replacement item(s) as soon as possible by US Priority Mail service. If a customer wants any missing and/or replacement item(s) sooner than US Priority Mail can deliver then the customer may elect to upgrade the shipping but will have to pay any difference in the shipping charge from the US Priority Mail service. If a complete kit is damaged so severely during shipping that it cannot be salvaged then Doc Fizzix Products will send a complete replacement kit using the original shipping method by which the order was placed and/or refund the total cost of the kit; if this situation occurs, Doc Fizzix Products may request a return of the original item and/or package. If the customer no longer want an item(s) that were missing from an order then the customer may request a credit and/or a refund for the missing item(s) only.
