Online shopping at Doc Fizzix's is fast, fun, safe, and trendy. The Doc Fizzix web site is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Orders placed Online are protected by 128 BIT encryption and are guaranteed private, safe, and secure. Online orders are given the highest level of priority and ship before all other forms of ordering. Your Online order will ship with the designation sticker "burning-red-hot."

The Doc Fizzix sales staff is waiting with excitement to take your order over the phone. To place your order by phone, just call our toll free number at 1-866-362-3499 (US orders) and/or 512-218-0454 (International) during our normal hours of operation. Our hours of operation are from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday.
ORDER BY EMAIL (PURCHASE ORDERS)
We have ended our fax service. All purchase orders can now be emailed directly to Doc Fizzix were it will be processed by our eagerly awaiting staff as soon as it is received and/or mailed directly to us. Doc Fizzix Products accepts purchase orders from all pre-approved institutions that meet a minimum order size of $100.00 USD. There is a $10.00 purchase order fee on all purchase orders but this fee will be waved if payment is made in full within 30 days from the receipt of goods. W9 is available on request.
We do need a hard copy of any Purchase Order either emailed or mailed directly to us. Email is always the preferred and the fastest method for us to receive your purchase order.

Online and email are always the fastest ways to place and get your order. But you can also directly mail us your order. The Doc Fizzix mail room staff is ready to process your order as soon as it makes delivery to our facility. If you prefer to mail us your order please send to the address below. You are welcome to use your own standard purchase order form when placing your order.

Order Processing
Within minuets from the time you place your order our highly skilled team of specialists begin the arduous task of preparing your order for its long journey from our operations facility in Austin, Texas to your workshop.
All orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST are processed and ship on the same day as long as the item(s) are in stock; orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped on the following business day as long as the item(s) are in stock. Online orders take priority over phone and mail orders and therefor ship with a priority level of Burning-Red-Hot. Because of the extreme popularity of Doc Fizzix Products, items can go out of stock without warning. If an item goes out of stock, it will ship as soon as the item is back in stock with a priority level of Super-Duper-Burning-Red-Hot.

Doc Fizzix observes the following holidays as non-business days:

Order Policies
Terms of Sale
All sales are considered complete and final 10 business days from date of your order. If something is missing and/or damaged from your order you must notify us within 10 business days from the date of your order. There are no refunds and/or returns on any products after 10 business days from the date of your order. It is important that you inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it to make sure it is complete and there is no damage. Shipping is NONREFUNDABLE. Return and exchange policies can change from time-to-time please see our Returns & Exchange Policies for the most current information regarding returns and refunds.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed in real-time. If you need to change and/or cancel your order then you must contact Doc Fizzix Products directly before your package has left our facility. If your order has already shipped and left our facility then we will not be able to change and/or cancel your order but you can return the order according our Returns & Exchange Policies. Orders that are refused delivery will be charged a 30% restocking fee along with an added shipping charge for the delivery back to our warehouse.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
At Doc Fizzix Products we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. It is entirely possible for an item to be damaged during shipping and/or missing a part. If for any reason you find there is a problem with your order please call us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. After 10 days from the date of the invoice, all sales are considered complete and final. Doc Fizzix Products makes every attempt to describe each items as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions and/or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current and/or error-free. All items and their pricing are subject change without warning and/or notice.
