PRODUCT WARRANTY: Doc Fizzix does NOT warranty and/or does NOT guarantee that products will be free from all defects and/or imperfections. Wood products are known to warp and/or split after initial inspections. Items that are damaged beyond repair before and/or during shipping will be replaced by Doc Fizzix Products. Doc Fizzix Products has the right to view and/or inspect all parts in order to determine the cause of damage. Some parts can be repaired without replacement. If it is determined that a part can be repaired and does not need to be replaced then Doc Fizzix Products will give instructions on how to make the repair. Products may experience design changes without notice and may be slightly different than pictured and/or described.
DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Doc Fizzix Products attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and/or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, and/or error-free. If a product offered by Doc Fizzix Products itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All products and prices are subject to change without notice. Items can go out of stock without notice.

Individual and actual results will vary and will depends on the quality of the construction by the builder. Doc Fizzix Products has no control over the construction skill of individuals who purchase our products.
CHOKING HAZARD: Many of Doc Fizzix Products kits and/or products contains small parts that can be a choking hazard and are not intended for children under any age. Most items in our kits and products are NOT edible and should not be eaten. Some items in our kits and/or products may even be toxic so refrain from taste testing any of the items found in our kits as much as possible.
