If you are thinking about doing this, please call us to discuss separate license and royalty arrangements. By using any of our products you agree to not duplicate and distribute without written permission from Doc Fizzix Products!



Limitations of Liability
Doc Fizzix entire liability under this license is either (a) return of payment for our products, or (b) replacement of products not meeting Doc Fizzix’s limited warranty. In no event will Doc Fizzix or its vendors be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages from any defect or use of Doc Fizzix plans or software, to the extent allowed in your state. Doc Fizzix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the products fitness for any particular purpose or use. All plans and software produced by Doc Fizzix, and all related images both printed and electronic are copyrighted by Doc Fizzix Products. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright laws.
