Delivery Information

All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS Ground is our default service and normal delivery time is between 2-4 days depending on your location from Austin, TX. If you need your order sooner than ground service, you can expedite the delivery by selecting any one of the following : UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Standard Overnight.

• Delivery time does not include the day a shipment is placed into service.
• Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday (except holidays).
• Orders received by 2:00 PM CST ship same day.
• Currently, items ordered now will ship Monday February 6, 2012.



UPS Delivery Rates

All rates are based on the physical size and weight of the order. Rates include a residential and gas delivery charge that is applied by UPS. In most cases, our rates will be less than the actual cost displayed on the UPS web site. The table shows base rates but the actual cost will depend on your actual shipping address and the weight of the item(s) ordered.

*Actual weight will be determined based on the items that are ordered and the box weight.

The "first business day" is ALWAYS the first day AFTER a package is placed into service. The counting of days in service always begins the first day AFTER a package is placed into service and not the day a package is shipped. Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted as business days.
