SHIPPING INFORMATION: All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping cost and delivery time will vary depending on the your location from Austin, Texas. If an order is urgent (super-duper-red-hot) and/or you need delivery sooner than UPS Ground service then you should select one of the UPS expedited shipping options.

• Delivery time does not include the day a shipment is placed into service.
• Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday (except holidays).
• Orders received by 2:00 PM CST ship same day.
• Currently, items ordered now will ship Monday March 15, 2010.

UPS next day air, second day air, and third day services are available from most areas. Rates are higher than ground service but guarantee that your package will be delivered on time.

ORDER PROCESSING: Within minuets from the time you place your order our highly skilled team of specialist begin the arduous task of preparing your order for its long journey from our operations facility in Austin, Texas to your workshop.

All orders received before 2:00 p.m. CST are processed and ship on the same day as long as the item(s) are instock; orders received after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped on the following business day as long as the item(s) are instock. Online orders take priority over phone and mail orders and therefor ship with a priority level of Burning-Red-Hot. Because of the extreme popularity of Doc Fizzix Products, items can go out of stock without warning. If an item goes out of stock, it will ship as soon as the item is back in stock with a priority level of Super-Duper-Burning-Red-Hot.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE & LIABILITY: Shipping dates are approximate. All shipments are guaranteed through UPS only and in accordance with their terms and conditions. Doc Fizzix does not guarantee the time of delivery for any package. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, Doc Fizzix shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Doc Fizzix shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of Doc Fizzix whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applied to an order by the host country and these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
