TERMS OF SALE: All sales are considered complete and final after 10 days from the date of the invoice. There are no refunds and/or returns on any products. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders are processed in real-time. If you need to change and/or cancel your order then you must contact Doc Fizzix Products directly before your package has left our facility. If your order has already been shipped then you will not be able to change and/or cancel the order. Orders that are refused delivery will be charged a 30% restocking fee along with an added shipping charge for the delivery back to our warehouse.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & LIABILITY: At Doc Fizzix Products we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. It is entirely possible for an item to be damaged during shipping and/or missing a part. If for any reason you find there is a problem with your order please call us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation according to the
Order Exchange and Replacement information as printed on this page. After 10 days from the date of shipping, all sales are considered complete and final. Doc Fizzix Products makes every attempt to describe each items as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions and/or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current and/or error-free. All items and their pricing are subject change without warning and/or notice.
ORDER EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT: If for any reason you find that an item is missing from your order and/or an item was damaged during shipping, Doc Fizzix Products will send any missing item(s) and/or a replacement item(s) as soon as possible by US Priority Mail service. If a customer wants a replacement item sooner than US Priority Mail can deliver then the customer may elect to upgrade the shipping but will have to pay any difference in the shipping charge. If the customer does not want the missing item(s) the customer may request a credit and/or a refund for the missing item(s) only. If a comlete kit is damaged so severely during shipping that it cannot be salvaged then Doc Fizzix Products will send a complete replacement kit using the original shipping method by which the order was placed and/or refund the total cost of the kit plus any shipping cost; if this situation occurs, Doc Fizzix Products may request a return of the original item and/or package.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE & LIABILITY: Shipping dates are approximate. All shipments are guaranteed through UPS only and in accordance with their terms and conditions. Doc Fizzix does not guarantee the time of delivery for any package. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, Doc Fizzix shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
Doc Fizzix shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of Doc Fizzix whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay. International customers are responsible for any
duties and taxes applied to an order by the host country and these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
