Order Processing
All orders received before 2:00 P.M. CST Monday - Friday (except holidays) are guaranteed to ship the same business day as long as the items are in stock and as long as there are no processing problems. All orders received after 2:00 P.M. will be shipped the following business day. Online and phone orders will be shipped according to the actual time and date that the order is receive by our shipping department and NOT the actual time that the order was placed. Doc Fizzix is NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by a computer or network outages. Items can go out of stock without warning. In the event of a holiday, please call for our special holiday shipping schedules.



Doc Fizzix Holiday Schedule
Doc Fizzix observes the following holidays as non-business days:

• New Year's Eve - December 31.
• New Year's Day - January 1.
• Memorial Day.
• Independence Day - July 4.
• Labor Day.
• Thanksgiving Day.
• Day after Thanksgiving.
• Christmas Day - December 25.



Terms of Sale
All sales are considered final and complete after 15 days from date of the invoice. Shipping is NONREFUNDABLE and once an item is opened all sales are considered final. There is no refund or returns on printed materials or download items. Please see Returns & Exchange Policies and Procedures for more information on returns and exchanges.



How to Change or Cancel an Order
Once an order is placed online you can cancel or change your order by calling us at 512-218-0454 during normal business hours or send us an email. We will do our best to stop or change your shipment, however shipments are fulfilled in real-time and we may not be able to stop or change the order. If your order has already been shipped it can no longer be canceled but it can be returned according the Returns & Exchange Policies and Procedures, you will have to receive the shipment and then send it back using your own shipping method. Orders that are refused delivery on the receivers end will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charge for the delivery.
