How to Place an Order Online

Adding items to your shopping cart
Find a product(s) that you want to purchase then click the "ADD TO CART" button. This will put the item in your shopping cart and will take you to a page with an itemized list of what is in your shopping cart.

By viewing your shopping cart you will be able to change and/or remove any of the items in the your cart, you can also change the quantity of an item. If you want to remove an item from your cart click on the "REMOVE" button. If you make any changes to your shopping cart or change the quantity of any item, make sure to click on the "UPDATE ORDER" button before leaving the page.

To continue shopping, click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button and this will take you back to your previous page. At any time, if you wish to view or edit your shopping cart, click on the "VIEW CART" link that appears on the top of every page just under the Doc Fizzix header.



How submit your order
If you are done shopping, you may check out by performing one of the following: If you are NOT on the shopping cart page, click on the "CHECK OUT" link that appears on the top of every page just under the Doc Fizzix header, If you are on the shopping cart page, click on the "CHECK OUT" link in the bottom right hand corner. Clicking on any of the "CHECK OUT" links or buttons will take you to the first step of the check out process.


STEP 1: In the first step of the check out process you will be asked to enter the following:
- Your shipping and contact information.
- Select your shipping method

All items in your shopping cart will be displayed on this page. You should take time to review your order in order make sure it is correct before you click the "CONTINUE" button.


STEP 2 & 3: In the final steps of the check out process you will be asked to enter the following:

- Your payment information.
- Submit your order.

At this point you have the option to change or edit your shipping method, billing & shipping information, and/or your order. You should take time to review information in order to make sure that it is correct before the final step. If all the information is correct, click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button.



Conformation of your order and receipt
After you click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button, your receipt will appear on the screen. You should print the on-screen receipt for your record. Make sure you record the order number that has been assigned to your order. We will also email you a copy of the receipt to the email address that you have provided.



Are you having problems with the online system?
If you are having problems with our system you should make sure that your browser is correctly configured to shop online. Our system requires a small package called a "cookie" to be placed on your system. Without this "cookie" our system can not identify you and the items you are selecting.
