All downloads are processed through Pay-Pal. If you would like to purchase a download, please make sure you have read the download instructions before you begin your purchase.

Select the item that you want to download and then select or click on the "DOWNLOAD NOW" button or link. After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal web site where you can complete your order using your PayPal funds as payment. Follow the instruction on the Pay-Pal site in order to complete the purchase of your download. Pay-Pal accepts ALL major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Caution: if you want an instant download you should not pay with an eCheck, eChecks take 4-5 days to clear.



Purchasing Multiple Downloads
You will have to purchase downloads one-at-a-time, if you want several download you will have to go through the checkout process for EACH product. Pay-Pal will automatically recall your information so you will not have to continuously re-enter your data, this speeds up the check out process.



Receiving your Download Link
Once you have paid for your downloadable item, you will receive a link to your download by an email. The email will be sent as soon as payment is authorized; in some cases, it may take several minutes before you receive the email containing the download link. The delay in receiving this link is due to the internet traffic and your service providers mail processing speed. The email will contain a link that can be "click" or copied and then pasted into your browser to begin your download. See "how-to-download" for more information.

You are limited to three downloads pre link and the link will expire within 24 hours. If you need more downloads of the same file or if there is a problem with a download please contact us.



Download Policies and Terms of Sale
Downloads are nonrefundable! By purchasing a download you agree to all copyright issues associated with the download and all order policies. Problems during downloading are rare but because individual computers have differing configurations and network connection problems can occur. In the rare event that a problem does occurs with your download, you agree to contact Doc Fizzix and let us help you resolve the problem, it may take several hours or even a day to fix a major problem but you agree to work with us to resolve the issue. Downloads are for single computer and individual use!
